Alrighty. I hope this is the final product of Collie. Her appearance really needs to stop changing @.@ Well I need to stop being picky. Basically his is what she looks like. The lower half is very insignificant, I didn't feel like drawing it. Her hair is now normal-ish. I couldn't stop listening to Labels or Love by Fergie while making this, lol.
Yes, Colli'es favoirte colors are gold and yellow. She sports a see-through black "jacket", a purple tank top underneath and skinny jeans, as well as yellow / gold eyeshadow, star-shaped earrings, and an eyebrow piercing.  I think I liked her fur coat better. It fits in with her rich bastard personality.

I think she looks cool, you gave her a really neat outfit! 8D  --        Remember: Santa is always watching you!~ ;D Nice. Like the pose and the colors. The only thing I'd suggest is making your interior lines a little more bold, with differing widths.

Hair tends to glisten in light, mostly where the hair curves the most. So in this case probably right near the ears and the curve near the end of the hair. (Hair is probably one of the hardest things for anyone to do, I still have issues with it) These are just some tips I have picked up over time.
I hope this helped. I like it quite a bit.
It also shows quite a bit of improvement throughout your gallery, which is always a good thing to see. Well done!
the lines and colors are well done up, i like how u blended light and dark colors together, esp the way the eyes are done up truly amazing
the only thing i would suggest would prob be the pose, i would say try somthing a lil more diff you know spice it up a lil bit, try a pose that is out of your norm
no way is that tryin to step on anyones toes or offend, just an oppinion
anyway love the char dev and the way it was done up, deff thumbs up
